How many photos can be printed per event?

Photograb can print up to 3 photos per strip, with the option to print multiple strips per order. 
There are 400 prints ready to go, and 800 more in stored in the box. In other words, there will be enough photostrips at your event! 
You can also track the status of the boxes in our dashboard app. We will deliver new paper and inkt before you need it!

If your photos are not printed, we apologize for the inconvenience. Here’s what you can do:

To start, please make sure that you’ve scanned the QR code you received after the payment process. If you’ve scanned the code and the photo box didn’t respond, check to see if there are any error messages on the box or the app.

If you’re still having trouble printing your photos, don’t hesitate to reach out. We’ll do everything we can to resolve the issue quickly, so you can enjoy your photos without any hassle.

How does the PHOTOGRAB app work?

The Photograb app is simple and easy to use. Just go to www.photograb.app or download the app You can select the event and start taking photos. The app supports creating personal photo strips on your mobile phone and making payments directly through the app.

Does my photo ticket expire?

No, your photo ticket does not expire. You can use it at any time to print your photos at a PHOTOGRAB box

Hoeveel foto’s kunnen er per event worden geprint?

Met PHOTOGRAB kun je tot 3 foto’s per fotostrip printen en meerdere strips per bestelling. Elke box is standaard voorzien van 400 prints, met 800 extra prints in voorraad. Zo zijn er altijd voldoende fotostrips beschikbaar voor je event! Via onze dashboard-app kunnen we de status van de box eenvoudig volgen. We leveren op tijd nieuwe papierrollen en inkt zodat je nooit zonder zit.

Mijn foto’s worden niet geprint. Wat moet ik doen?

Als je foto’s niet worden geprint, excuses voor het ongemak! Controleer eerst of je de QR-code hebt gescand die je na betaling hebt ontvangen. Reageert de box niet? Controleer dan of er foutmeldingen zichtbaar zijn op de box of in de webapp. Lukt het nog steeds niet? Neem contact met ons op, we helpen je zo snel mogelijk verder.

Hoe werkt de PHOTOGRAB webapp?

Onze webapp is eenvoudig en gebruiksvriendelijk. Ga naar www.photograb.app, selecteer het event en begin direct met het maken van foto’s. Je kunt je fotostrip personaliseren en direct via de app afrekenen. Je hoeft geen app te downloaden, je gebruikt gewoon je smartphone!

Verloopt mijn fototicket?

Nee, je fototicket verloopt niet. Je kunt het op elk moment gebruiken om je foto’s te printen bij een PHOTOGRAB box.

Voor welke evenementen is PHOTOGRAB geschikt?

PHOTOGRAB is perfect voor diverse evenementen, zoals festivals, concerten, sportevenementen, bedrijfsfeesten, beurzen, bruiloften en nog veel meer. Of het nu gaat om een grootschalig evenement of een intieme bijeenkomst, met PHOTOGRAB leg je onvergetelijke herinneringen vast.

Welke personalisatie-opties zijn er beschikbaar?

PHOTOGRAB biedt uitgebreide mogelijkheden voor branding en personalisatie. Je kunt niet alleen de fotostrips aanpassen met je logo, huisstijlkleuren en tekst, maar ook het design van de PHOTOGRAB box zelf. De box is voorzien van een canvas dat volledig bedrukt kan worden in jouw stijl. Onze grafisch ontwerper helpt je graag met een uniek design dat perfect past bij jouw event.

Kan ik het gebruik van PHOTOGRAB tijdens mijn event volgen?

Ja! Met onze dashboard-app kun je eenvoudig bijhouden hoe vaak PHOTOGRAB wordt gebruikt tijdens je event. Je krijgt inzicht in het aantal geprinte foto’s, de betrokkenheid van je gasten en andere waardevolle statistieken om het succes van je event te meten.

Is er technische ondersteuning beschikbaar tijdens het event?

Zeker! Wij bieden dedicated technische ondersteuning gedurende je event. Ons team staat klaar om eventuele technische problemen snel op te lossen, zodat je event zonder onderbrekingen doorgaat.

Wat kost het om een PHOTOGRAB photobooth te huren?

De kosten hangen af van de duur van het event, de locatie en eventuele branding-opties. Vraag vrijblijvend een offerte aan via onze contactpagina.

Hoe lang duurt het voordat mijn foto wordt geprint?

Het printen duurt slechts enkele seconden nadat je je QR-code hebt gescand. Zo kunnen je gasten snel genieten van hun geprinte foto’s.

Heeft de PHOTOGRAB photobooth stroom nodig?

Ja, de photobooth moet worden aangesloten op een standaard stopcontact. Onze compacte boxen zijn eenvoudig te plaatsen op elke locatie.

Leveren jullie de photobooth op locatie?

Ja, wij bezorgen en installeren de photobooth op jouw locatie. Na het event komen we de box weer ophalen. Zo heb je nergens omkijken naar.

Is er een internetverbinding nodig?

Nee, de PHOTOGRAB photobooth werkt zelfstandig zonder dat je wifi nodig hebt. Dit zorgt voor een stabiele en betrouwbare werking, zelfs op locaties met beperkt wifi. Wel is het belangrijk dat er mobielnetwerk beschikbaar is op locatie, gelukkig is dat bijna overal in Nederland geen probleem!

Kunnen gasten hun foto ook digitaal ontvangen?

Ja, na het printen kunnen je gasten hun foto ook direct digitaal downloaden via onze webapp.

Kunnen we het ontwerp van de fotostrips zelf aanleveren?

Zeker! Je kunt je eigen ontwerp aanleveren, of onze grafisch ontwerper maakt een uniek design in de stijl van jouw merk of event.
