Welcome to PHOTOGRAB! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please give them a read!

1. Service description

We provide the PHOTOGRAB Photobox for your event location, enabling you to print photos on-site with the PHOTOGRAB app (https://photograb.app). The Photobox can be utilized in two different ways, as outlined below:

Package A: Consumer Purchase

  • Personalized Photo Frames: Customers can purchase photo(s) with a frame of their choice through the PHOTOGRAB app.
  • Pay per use: Upon successful payment, customers receive a print ticket, allowing them to print their photo(s) at a Photobox at your event location.
  • Choice of Frames: Customers choose from four unique frames matching your organization’s style.

Package B: Buyout

  • Prepaid Photos: Your organization can pay a fixed daily rate to cover the photo costs. This incl. 500 photos a day (generally more than enough to cover your event needs).
  • Unlimited Printing: Customers can freely create and print photos using the PHOTOGRAB app. Using a print ticket, customers can print their photo(s) with a Photobox at your event location.
  • Choice of Frames: Customers choose from four unique frames matching your organization’s style.

2. Location Requirements and Accessibility

We appreciate you providing detailed information about the location where the Photobox will be placed:

  • Let us know your space: Please share details about where the Photobox will be set up, including:
    • Any tricky loading areas or obstacles we might encounter.
    • Important access information (e.g. timetable, entry keys etc.)
  • Flexible setup: Don’t worry our Photobox is easy to install and will fit almost any situation
    • Truss connection: our box can easily be attached to a truss pole due to its fitted connection.

3. Setup, Use, and Teardown

  • Preparation is key: We aim to set up the Photobox well in advance, but need at least the following preparation: 
    •  30 minutes for a Photobox
    • At least an hour for Photobox installation with equipment (e.g. truss pole, wiring, sign installation etc.). 
  • Required facilities: For our service to work we need at least the following:
    •  Power connection: A reliable power connection (230V). Please let us know if additional equipment is needed for installation.
    • Internet connection: Our users need a stable cellular connection for optimal performance. Luckily, in the Netherlands this won’t be a problem in most cases. However, keep in mind that remote places or extreme network demand may affect the cellular connection of our users at your event location.  
  • The night shift: If you want us to pick up the Photobox between 01:00 and 07:00 we will charge additional fees. 
  • Internet connectivity: Please note that issues caused by poor local internet connections are beyond our control and can not be seen as our responsibility. 
  • Service interruptions: We strive to provide seamless service but cannot guarantee against unforeseen technical issues.
  • Our promise:  If the Photobox or web application is out of service for more than half the time due to our fault, we will not invoice you.
  • Keep us posted: Always report any malfunctions promptly so we can resolve them. Without a report, discounts or waivers may not be guaranteed.

4. Design and Customization

  • Customization options: Personalize your photo frames with branding and themes to match your event’s style.
  • Creativity included: We can help you design your photoframes as part of our service. 
  • Share your ideas: Send your logo or design concepts to info@PHOTOGRAB.nl

5. Prices and Payments

  • Pricing: Our services’ prices vary based on the chosen package and duration.
  • Invoicing: Please pay your invoice within 30 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Payment methods: We accept the following: 
    • Package A: Customers can use IDEAL or PayPal for web-app purchases.
    • Package B: Payments preferred by Banktransfer, unless otherwise agreed. 

6. Cancellations and Modifications

  • Cancellation window: Cancellations up to two weeks before the event are free of charge.
  • Cancellation fees: Cancellations between 10 and 0 days before the event will be charged 50% of rental costs.
  • Give us a call: Contact us regardless of cancellation time as there may be circumstances we do not want to profit from.
  • Booking adjustments: Requests for booking modifications should be made in advance and are subject to availability.

7. Ownership of photos

  • Yours to keep: The photos you take with PHOTOGRAB belong to you. Please check our  Privacy Policy for more details about data storage. 
  • Save your precious memories: we are not accountable for any photos lost due to poor internet connection or mis-use of our web-app. 

8. Liability

  • Handle with care: Please avoid careless use, vandalism, or returning our equipment excessively dirty. You can be charged for damage in such cases.

9. Privacy

  • Your data, our care: We process personal data according to our Privacy Policy.
  • Consent matters: By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

How many photos can be printed per event?

Photograb can print up to 3 photos per strip, with the option to print multiple strips per order. 
There are 400 prints ready to go, and 800 more in stored in the box. In other words, there will be enough photostrips at your event! 
You can also track the status of the boxes in our dashboard app. We will deliver new paper and inkt before you need it!

My photo's are not printed! Here's what to do

If your photos are not printed, we apologize for the inconvenience. Here’s what you can do:

To start, please make sure that you’ve scanned the QR code you received after the payment process. If you’ve scanned the code and the photo box didn’t respond, check to see if there are any error messages on the box or the app.

If you’re still having trouble printing your photos, don’t hesitate to reach out. We’ll do everything we can to resolve the issue quickly, so you can enjoy your photos without any hassle.

Does my photo ticket expire?

No, your photo ticket does not expire. You can use it at any time to print your photos at a PHOTOGRAB box

Is technical support available during the event?

Absolutely! We provide dedicated technical support during your event to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience. Our team will be available to address any technical issues that may arise and provide prompt assistance, allowing you to focus on hosting a successful event.
