    To print you simply need to follow these 3 steps in the PHOTOGRAB.APP page:

    Upload your photo

    Choose one of our 4 photo frames and upload your favorite photos. You can use your phonecamera or upload from your gallery!

    Generate your ticket

    Choose the amount of photo copies you want and create your printing ticket!

    Print your photos!

    Scan the QR of your printing ticket at the Photobox and Grab Your Photos!

    How to GRAB us for your event?

    Contact us to discuss your event needs and we’ll work with you to create a customized solution that meets your specific requirements.

    How many photos can be printed per event?

    Photograb can print up to 3 photos per strip, with the option to print multiple strips per order. 
    There are 400 prints ready to go, and 800 more in stored in the box. In other words, there will be enough photostrips at your event! 
    You can also track the status of the boxes in our dashboard app. We will deliver new paper and inkt before you need it!

    My photo's are not printed! Here's what to do

    If your photos are not printed, we apologize for the inconvenience. Here’s what you can do:

    To start, please make sure that you’ve scanned the QR code you received after the payment process. If you’ve scanned the code and the photo box didn’t respond, check to see if there are any error messages on the box or the app.

    If you’re still having trouble printing your photos, don’t hesitate to reach out. We’ll do everything we can to resolve the issue quickly, so you can enjoy your photos without any hassle.

    The Photograb app is simple and easy to use. Just go to www.photograb.app or download the app You can select the event and start taking photos. The app supports creating personal photo strips on your mobile phone and making payments directly through the app.

    Does my photo ticket expire?

    No, your photo ticket does not expire. You can use it at any time to print your photos at a PHOTOGRAB box
